In this seven-module training (which can be completed as either a two-day intensive or a multi-week course) learners develop a Project Canvas that describes all aspects of a project – including its purpose, benefits, personnel, and delivery plan – and discuss its potential implementation in their own contexts. Graduates from the course are also awarded a digital badge that they can share with their networks.
