What we offer
Our consultancy offerings around team culture focus on guiding you towards finding a solution that works, rather than prescribing next steps. Some ways that we do this include:
- An expanded version of our Creating core values statements Mini-workshop – in this multi-part interactive workshop series, we’ll facilitate the co-creation of a new set of core values that are unique to your community or team.
- Creating community guidelines – and escalation guidelines. This work generally builds on an initial commitment to developing a set of core values, and then applying those values to update or adapt existing community participant guidelines / codes of conduct.
- Mini-workshops and/or facilitated conversations to explore your specific challenges around conflict resolution and team-building – including exploring styles of conflict, stakeholder engagement, and planning for successful collaborations.
