Interpersonal recruitment

A membership growth strategy where current community members personally reach out to potential new members with direct invitations to join. This approach relies on existing members taking initiative to identify, contact, and encourage specific individuals to become part of the community. This method creates a direct connection between recruiter and recruit, often making the invitation more personal and persuasive than anonymous outreach efforts. (Chapter 5, p. 183)*
