CSCCE Certified Community Managers

The scientific community management professionals featured on this page have successfully completed CSCCE’s Community Manager Certification Program.

Participating in the program is a significant commitment, and involves completing three multi-week online courses, taking six Mini-workshops, and connecting and sharing expertise with others in the program via Quarterly Skills Share sessions and our online community platform. Throughout the program, participants consider real-world community management tasks and workflows by developing materials using CSCCE frameworks, reflecting on community engagement philosophies with their peers, and sharing work products during course and workshop live sessions.

Learners receive a digital badge for each course they complete, as well as a final badge (shown here) and certificate signifying that they are a CSCCE certified community manager.

The CSCCE Certified Community Manager digital rosette. It is made up of a dark blue circle with an umbel flower motif in the center, and a lighter blue ribbon descending from the bottom of the circle. The words “CERTIFIED COMMUNITY MANAGER” are spelled out in white on the dark blue circle, and “CSCCE” appears on the lighter blue ribbon.

A detailed description of the program is available here. If you have any questions, or would like to inquire about participating in the program, please contact training@cscce.org

Please note: Learners are given the option of whether or not to be featured on this page and graduates are added as they meet program requirements.
