An agile project management approach that visualizes the project’s workflows on a shared project board. Work is pulled from a backlog of tasks into the active lane of the project board, limiting work-in-progress to match capacity, and avoiding bottlenecks. Once work is completed it is moved to the completed lane. It supports the team in being able to see where every task on the project currently stands. (Chapter 3, p. 51)*
